Gouache su cartoncino, forse parte di un Ragamala, ma non identificato nel testo in devanagari, arrangiato su tre righe nella porzione superiore del dipinto.
La composizione è spartita in due: una scena di esterno e una di interno nella porzione sinistra. Sulla destra del dipinto Krishna e una Gopi sono raffigurato sotto un albero, mentre la porzione sinistra è caratterizzata da un’ambientazione palaziale. Provenienza: collezione privata Brescia, Italia.

Painting depicting the encounter between Krishna and a Gopi

Gouache on cardboard, possibly part of a Ragamala, but not identified in the devanagari text, arranged on three lines in the upper portion of the painting.
The composition is divided into two: an outdoor scene and an indoor scene in the left portion. On the right side of the painting Krishna and a Gopi are depicted under a tree, while the left portion features a palatial setting.
